We offer the complete range of accounting services to produce financial reports / statements either regularly or as required.  We can show you how to use these statements and reports to measure your performance, to budget and to plan for the future.

Auditors Requirements - Audits & Acquittals

We will prepare audited financial statements to Australian Accounting Standards for your association or community organisation.  We will ensure your financial statements comply with the Incorporated Associations Act or other applicable state or federal legislation.  We also offer grant Acquittal services, where you have to provide audited acquittal of government and other community grants.

Bookkeeping

If your time is precious, and you can’t afford the time away from your business to do the paperwork, we can do the bookkeeping for you.  Simply drop your records into our office, and we will do the rest.

Business Planning and Evaluation

Are you considering starting or purchasing a business?  It is important that you conduct due process before any decision.  We can analyse financial statements of an existing business, and give you advice on whether the business is sound, and the likely income for you.  We can also provide Business Planning, Budgeting and Cash Flow Projections for the establishment of a new business.

Keeping up with an ever-changing taxation regime, is a complicated and time–consuming process.  Taxation compliance is a job that is best left with experts, and this is our specialty.  We can ensure the timely lodgement of your tax returns, whether you are an individual wage and salary earner, sole trader, Partnership, Trust, Company or Superannuation Fund. We offer a BAS preparation service, which ensures GST compliance and timely lodgement.  We also provide these services via email and fax.

Corporate Secretarial Services

As Directors of a company, you will know that you have legislated obligations to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).  Do you have time to ensure that you are compliant with Corporations Law?  We do.  By having us perform the Registered Office functions for your company, this will free you to devote your precious time to your business.
